Achieving Goals

We give our customers comprehensive support in our projects. The normal scope of activities - engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) - only represents part of the service we offer. We get involved earlier and go far beyond this model: as a project developer, we already advise our customers at the project definition stage and ensure that financing is in place.

As a general contractor, we direct all the technical and commercial aspects of a project and coordinate all the suppliers and project partners. As a partner, we also invest our own capital in selected projects.

We also become financially involved in selected projects, if they show potential for long-term profitability. The benefits here are obvious: The interest in terms of performance, construction time and costs, is of equal importance to everybody involved. Credit institutes and investors regard such projects positively throughout.
