- Your contact person will assist you in getting your bearings in the company and your department, and will at all times be available with help and advice for all technical questions you may have.

- In communication with your superior, a member of your department will be appointed your contact person and accompany you during your familiarisation phase and support you in all matters, from dealing with internal formalities to providing detailed explanations of departmental processes and procedures. Your contact person will arrange for your introduction to important employees in the company and help you to establish your network of contacts within MAN Ferrostaal.
- You and your superior will exchange information on a regular basis in order to optimise your integration and to define your field of activity.

- Feedback meetings during and at the end of the introductory phase and also at the end of the probationary period will help you to assess how your familiarisation phase has progressed so far. Together with your superior, you will arrange in detail your field of activity and your area of responsibility. In order to support your integration still further, you will attend introductory events and personal advancement courses which are tailored to your particular duties.
